Payment Options:
Acceptable credit cards are Visa and Master Card. We only charge your credit card when your order is ready to ship.

Shipping and Handling:

We ship UPS ground. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please call for any special shipping requests. There is also a nominal handling charge added to each order.

Returns and Exchanges:

DaRiMi Kidz will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return.

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your card for any item you are not happy within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Ship prepaid and insured back to us after getting a Return Authorization.
